  • Investigate your complaint thoroughly

  • Provide a written response outlining our findings and proposed resolution within 10 working days where possible

If we are unable to resolve your complaint within 40 working days, or you are not satisfied with our final response, you may refer your complaint to our independent dispute resolution scheme.

Spire Advice is a member of the Financial Dispute Resolution Service (FDRS), an approved dispute resolution scheme. This service is free of charge to you.
